One of California’s premier locations for purchasing real estate is the community of Canyon Country. So named because of the merging of smaller communities such as Vasquez Canyon, Tick Canyon, and Mint Canyon, just to name a few. It is located in the Santa Clarita Valley and has a diverse population of about 52,000.
